G.C.M. Earthforce Golf Course Construction has been involved in the golf course construction industry for over 25 years.  We specialize in golf course construction and have the reputation of building some of the finest golf courses, including many in the Philadelphia area.  G.C.M. Earthforce has traveled on a national level to produce small and large golf course construction projects.  Hands on involvement by management and a commitment to quality typifies each project.

Throughout this website you can verify and see the huge amount of experience which the Earth Force has gathered over the years.  We will only take on specific projects that will require quality and total involvement in the field without getting over extended.

The ever changing golf course construction industry has created the necessity of a more diversified operation.  The Earth Force has responded to the current needs for more attention to the following requirements:

• Environmental demands that create constant attention and responsibility for contractor and owner.
• Scheduling requirements dictated by government agencies that create the need to build in stages.  Agencies such as: D.E.R., Corp. of Engineers, Wildlife Commission
• Restoration master plans of existing golf courses that require yearly construction programs and return schedules over many years
• The emergence of many new golf course companies that do not have the background and expertise to keep the projects on schedule and budget
• Bidding against such companies that project very low numbers to "get the job" and cannot produce quality work or will not finish the project
• Experienced consultants that help put a budget together and show the client how to put together a construction plan that will fit their needs and the budget.
• The ability to speed up construction without eliminating quality and to work under tight time schedules that allow the golf course to open on time to generate sales, income, and to pay the debt service.

• The administrative demands of submitting job progress reports, increased insurance demands, and presenting intelligent invoices based on percentage of completion schedule
